Dear sir,
some "effort bpo" cheated me on behalf of "club leisure".during their call they tell me that whatever service they are providing that is totally free of cost, i will not have to pay single money for this, & they also offer me the citibank dinners club card.but later i came to know that, this was also false.actualy they are providing their club card.by giving this false commitment they asked my card no. & c.v.v no..and suddenly one sms came to my mobile that 5509 rs. is charged in my credit card account.then i called the citibank office & tell them the fact, & they block my card.
i am seeing in this site, many of are cheated by club leisure.this is my earnest request to consumer forum, kindly take the action on them, so, in future they will not cheat any person. pls. help us.
