Member ship cancilation refund pending

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Self Jitender Kr Bedi, I Have taken member ship of club Mahindra ID is 2358718 but due to finencial problem I unamble to continue it. I Have already raised the request of cancilation in Club Mahindra Bikaji Cama Delhi but they never refund my adwance-amount 16833 & one deducted EMI-amount 4292.

SO I request to take Nneed full action for this case.
