Flight booking at Makemytrip
Non receipt of refund from makemytrip

Dear Sir,

I had booked a ticket on 13/01 through online makemytrip (for my daughter) from Mumbai to Bengaluru for travelling on 21/03.Due to some problems ticket could not be booked though the payment was made. I was told that I would get refund within 2-3 days. I contacted them a number of times and always I was assured of getting refund within 2-3 days but in vain. On customer support of makemytrip also I am adviced to contact at phone numbers on which also only assurance is gibven.

It is 27/010 today but status is the same.

Can I get refund?
