No refund even after 2.5 months of ticket canceled

I paid Rs 41000/- (approx.) and booked air ticket of Air India through http://goibibo.ibibo.com/ on Dec. 3 from Kolkata to Trivandrum for Jan. 2. I canceled the same ticket on Dec 13. I have not received the refund so far. I might have made almost 100 calls to the office of Goibibo. I have interacted with Mr Farhan, Mr Rajesh, Ms Heena, Ms Kaur, Mr Vikas Das (Supervisor), Mr Sumant Bhardwaj (Manager) and many other officers. But no body gave me the correct information. All of them misled me since beginning. Whenever I made a call to ask about the refund status, they said that its done from goibibo side and you will get the refund in your account within 7 days/2 days/48 hours/24hours/this evening. I am hearing all these fancy sentences since Dec 13. So, far I have not realized the amount in my account. I am fed up with Goibibo and recommend not to use goibibo for any future booking.
