Hello,
i have placed my order for a holiday package and a DVD player worth Rs.3498 with India Today Book Club on 27th November and i have not received any parcel from them till date; i.e 17th March
i have been following up with them on this since november and they have just been giving false dates of delivery
my money has already been deducted from my credit card
calling them has not helped at all
kindly help in getting my money back or getting me the package atleast
