I made an incorrect booking for a bus from Udupi to Mumbai on 28th May Travel date incorrectly selected by me was 10th June instead of 11th June. I realised this after making payment. Within 5 mins of booking i checked up I was asked to make fresh booking and make fresh payments for the new booking I was assured that refund would be made after deduction Rs 450 within 5/7 days.
I checked up on 3rd for refund accordingly. And till todate I am only getting assurance from CCAvenue and Makemytrip that payment has been advised to my bank without giving any advise details I am also being asked to get in touch with my bank.
Booking Reference BUS50009117487037 three tickets worth Rs 4500 Refund amount Rs 4050 as per agreed terms and condition.
The fact that I had to suffer for following up for my payments has no penalty for Makemytrip.com as service provider while they charge me Rs 450 for doing nothing.???
