i cancelled my flight for abudhabi on 29th august through makemytrip.com .actually refund date given to me was within 7 days but till now i havent received any amount from this travel agency..i had given my bank account details and everything on the day of cancellation itself but till now the money is not refunded..i called up somany times and they say wait for 48 hrs like that and since 1 week i am waiting and money is not received yet.these type of travel agents should be banned from operating such services..using ones money for their own bussiness investments is not gud on their part... please customers never opt to book airtickets through makemytrip.com... recently they said that they credited on 15th itself but today itself i confirmed them by sending my bankstatement that i havent received..why these people should tell lies...
