Unethical marketing tactics

Hi

Two weeks back i got a call from Club Mahendra customer service that my name is selected for free holiday package 2 Movie tickets from Club Mahendra.

To get these i have to attend the 45 Mins presentation at Raghuleela Mall, Vashi with my wife they have given me Voucher code as R/9 .

We have gone thro the presentation as required. After that when i asked them for the Movie Ticket they told me that they will send it thro Courier but now its more than 15 days and i have not received any Movie Tickets.

Kindly clarify why club mahindra is doing this type of unethical marketing tactics.

I am planning to go the consumer forum for wasting my time & making us fool.
