Not refund of money for cancelled ticket

I booked the online ticket from surat to mahuva for 11/05 but I cancelled it on 11/05. But I have not yet received the 236 rupees refund for the cancellation of the bus ticket on 11/05 for the surat mahuva bus till now. The
