KSRTC refund not received

Dear Sir

I have booked the KSRTC Bus ticket on 22.09.2012 through online booking (E ticket) from Bangalore to Puttur by using my Axis Bank Debit Card for the Jouney on 21.10.2012. Amount Rs.409.00 deducted from my account but ticket not issued from KSRTC but message has come error for the transaction no. OB7101641.Mail from my mail id, [email protected] to [email protected], given 3 times, but no response even after 11 working days till today even if the max. limit is 7 days.

Can you please help.
