Service not made available despite confirmation and advance payment

I had done hotel booking online thru MakeMyTrip

-On 18th Dec I got confirmation mail for my Hotel

Booking at Dapoli-Booking ID-IN 1212B12628

-On 20th Dec I got call from Make my trip team. They

informed me that Hotel booking not confirmed

-I was left clue less as there was no response from you despite my

repeated reminder mails.

-I contacted call center and registered the complaint thru phone

-Still there was no response from Makemytrip

-On 25th Dec I registered the complain online (Complain

no-121225-014406)

-On 26th Dec I got reconfirmation from make my trip with

following words “Kindly note, your booking is CONFIRMED and you are not required to contact the hotel or MakeMyTrip.com to reconfirm

the same.”

-I reached Hotel after 7 Hrs of journey on 29th Dec with my family and to my almost surprise there was no booking on our name.

-We contacted Make My trip but they did not do anything. Hotel Top in Town did not allowed us to stay in the hotel

-I demand INR 100000 for the harassment made to my family
