AIR TICKET
Not getting refund

I booked the ticket from delhi to bangalore for 22nd august fromt he web site www.valuemytrip.com which i had to cancel. Once i cancel the ticket i am still running for refund. I realised that there are 4-5 agents involve on these site and none of them will give you the address . they work on mobile numbers and cheat customers. each one of them will say not to talk to them as they are not responsible. Never buy ticket from them
