Dear concern,
Myself Dr.rumit patel, I am customer of airtel dth, currently I was upgrade my normal dth with HD dth from airtel service dep. They committed to give me 10HD channel free for 15 days. After installation any HD channel was not display hence I was call them and they was demanded 24hr for activation.
Although after 24hr my HD channels are not activated and when I call them those people disconnect my phone after listening complains. I was calling them already 15 to 20 times.
I was purchased from credit card and Miss Anupama Mishra was involving as a airtel dth sale executive.
