I used asian paint worth INR 80, 000... but was a bad decision. when it comes to service / customer satisfaction, they are all same whether it's a national brand or local one. The color on the main door is not matching the other apts in my community. Showed the difference to the area manager, but he is in complete denial.
He is in fact stating that it's my community's mistake that they are thinking the color is not matching.
For the business of Rs 200, he says they dont mind loosing a customer worth Rs80K.Feel sorry about state of their affair / complete customer ignorance.
