Cheating & Flase Promise
I just want to write about one the Clubs where I enrolled for Platinum Membership. The Club name is Flexi Deal. The person (claimed to be Marketing /Customer Manager) namely Manoj and Deepan came to my house and promised me to offer the following: Mobile Vouchers worth 8000 (Cutomized based on my request) and lots of things including International Travel with 50% ticket charge from the customer. The total club membership fee is 25000. In the reciept he has mentioned all that he is giving. But its been like 2 weeks since iam trying to reach. Manoj is not been able to reach. His friend Deepan is also washing hands that Manoj is gone here and there. I had spoken to the companies MD namely Prakash. But still there is no response. Now iam upset of spending 25000 and not able to reach anyone. Niether I got my platinum card nor the vouchers. Please help.

Hi all
Iam the one who lodged the first complaint against Flexi Deal. I actually did a thorough check on the club and also met the key people of the club namely Prakash who is the GM for this club. Its the marketing person whom i have decribed in my fist complaint who has given false promises. Actually the GM took whole of his time explaining the stuffs and he really is doing a good job in other parts like Real estates and stuffs. So all the people & This club is Genuine. My onle request to Prakash the GM of the company is to make sure you appoint a sensible Marketing Manager who commits what you really can offer. This will really help u to fetch more customers. So guys go ahead in enrolling without any doubts.

I am one of the victim..
I almost fought with them to get the complements itself.
I spoke with almost all the executives of flexi deal. some thing i noticed are
-false commitment
-They will call u 100 times before u register but once u pay them the amount tats it. We ll like a begger behind them for every thing which we supposed to get.
-They don have respect with their customers.
-They will never pick their phone.
-They will never do what they themself commited.
-They will not give their Tie up list.
-they will tell that they ll call back but they will never call u back.
etc.. etc..
They don have a proper email.. No customer support.. Even if u call in land line sometime they will not pick.
TOTALLY THEIR SERVICE IS ZERO.
BE CAREFUL WITH THEM. Better stay away..

Mr. Mani Just Tell them to give in writing what ever they are committing.
U ask them why there is such a bad review in Net..
My advice is don put yourself in trouble.

I too got call from same Club, there are asking for 12, 000.00. they said they are giving in Discount. they have resort in Ooty, Kodai and all other places.
Discount card for Hotels in chennai.
what i need to do on this ...?

My advice is to avoid them..
I came across all the executives of tat concern.. like
Shaym, deepan, deepak, prakash, manoj, etc etc.. U might have received call from one of these fellows..
N U forgot DVD player offer man.. U jus call those resort n ask them wat they can offer for Flexi deal members.. Then u ll come to kno.. U try calling beach club resort in ECR.. U compare wat they r telling n wat flexi deal fellows commited...
Don belive them..
U r lucky.. atleast u can find some reviws abt these frauds..

Hai guys I am kavitha,
I have a flexi deal card and I avail all the facilities. They are given me a offer for 3days 2nights free stay in ooty, kodai, etc, recently i avail the tour facility. i paid 15000/.I got my i-pod, DVD, so guys don't trust in the past complaints.your interested to join the membership go to that office directly and met person the name deepak or prakaash, he give the good service to you.

Ms. Kavitha even i got my DVD but after a month. They given many reasons for that. Actually they dint give i almost fought with them to get it.
In may case Deepak also washed off his hands long back n prakash also will not lift his phone.
Some 20 days back i asked my executive to check availability in their ECR resort. Tat executive said he ll call back in half hour. He never called back. EVen wen i tried to call him back he never picked up the phone till end of the day. There r many worst experience like this for me n till today it s continuing..
I m sharing my experience here..
I think u r some how related to Flexi deal. I u got everything from flexideal why u logged into this site. IF u r a real member of Flexi deal then u must be lucky.
I u kno my whole experience with them u better..

Guys, pls dont beleive this club, absolute fraud, one day before a guy named deepan came to my home and explained me and my friend abt the membership and askd us to register on the same day, so tht we will be getting sme gifts and discounts, but we were not interested and clearly told him we wr not interested and after seeing the blog/post given by the individuals who hav already registered, really we hav escaped.
Pls dont beleive the post given positively abt this club by Kavitha and some others, those posts r given by the Club members itself.
Kindly note down deepans mobile number 9025855777 and people who r really affected by this club, pls approach chennai police at the earliest and save more ppl getting affected by this.

Yes, I agree with Karthik. They will call you hell a lot of times before you register. But once you have given them the money they wont even pick your call. They said I would get the list of places where the card can be used along with the card. I never got any such leaflet. I just got my card alone. I am really afraid now, if this card is really true.
Also I totally disagree with the comment above, from Kavitha. I think she is the one who works in the same office (A person named Kavitha, was there is in the office reception). Deepak is one of the stupid persons I have met. He is a the worst fraud in the company. When I told him that your executives are not picking up my call, he said, he is managing several centres and cannot look into this problem. Is this the way a senior guy would behave? He also said that, "I did not get money from you. You gave it to my executive. So get it back from him". Why the hell does he have persons under him, if he cannot control them?
Worst part of the story is that, I paid using my credit card since they said it can be converted to interest free EMIs. They had a EMI conversion form, in which, they ask your credit card number, expiry date, billing address and the most sensitive CVV number and last two transactions. I really dont know why they ask me sensitive details.
So guys, beware of this club. NEVER EVER JOIN THIS.

Ysterday i got a call from flexideal. one person intorduced himself as Manager and said his name is Ranjith. He gave me lot of offers over phone . there are DVD, 1 GB IPOD, 2 Gm Gold Coin, 2 days stay in Mayajal Resort, Fast Track Watch, Weekly programe tickets & Movie Tickets, Free tour to ooty, kodaikanal etc (twice in a year), free Gym facility in all his network gyms. etc...
I gave appointment and asked him to come with proofs and written docs. He had sent a executive with application form. That exutive carried credit card swiping machine and confirmed that he would change my payment into 24 EMIs. I was totally against swiping my card and told them to pay in cheque only after verifying all their offers in written documents. After my hesitation, manager gave me flat discount of Rs 8000 over phone and again offered Rs 12000 . I simply refused and asked them to leave my home. Today i saw feedbacks of customers given in this website. I thought my experience also would be handy and certainly help others to avoid such frauds

Today a call from FlexiDeal, Giving the Diwali offer.. Same thing that offer of DVD IPOD 2gm gold, 2 days in mayajal Resorts A watch for 3500/- movie tickeks, gyms etc etc... tour to ooty/kodi every year even the to and fro tickets are free. Do I need to belive this. all this for 12000

i'm also executive some other fields i never seen such worst executive in the world. what the gold mine management doing or GOLD MINES MANAGEMENT is doing all those things so beware of company. i think GOLD MINES MANAGEMENT IS LOCKOUT OR SHOWING YELLOW NOTICE .
DON'T take or join in the flexi deal club.

is absolutely a fake agency.
They contacted last month; came to my house; talked in air; some how convinced me to pay Rs12, 000 promising they will provide an Apple ipod, 2gm Gold coin, Free stay in Mayajal all this in additional to a lifetime Flexideal mebership which will enable me to utilise a discount card sort of thing in most of the Merchandise like hotels, resorts, clubs, ...
I did receive the card (something similar to a credit card) and only the card. I dont know what I should do, where I should use it.
I havent received any of their other commitments.
I got a whole lot of contact numbers through my rigorus followups, but nothins seems to be working out.

None of them responds, even if at times they pick your call, its going to be of no use as they will simply dodge you.

Hi ppl.. i m one of the loser like many.. last week flexi deal shown their original face..
S i shared my experience with flexideal (the cheaters) in this forum. Flexideal cheaters also knows about this forum. My EMI conversion amount s yet to be settled by them. I m following up with them for almost 3.5 months. 20 days before i called Deepak, manager who s incharge of all the stupid executives and asked him about my settlement amount of EMI conversion. Tat time he told me tat i have given some complaint in the public forum so they will not do anything for me. i got wild n shouted at him and listed him all the tortures i undergone because of the executives. Then he replied tat he s getting pressure from his management regarding these complaints in the forum.
Then he gave a wonderful deal like if i give a good review about flexi deal in the same forum they ll do everything for me. See how cheap they are. I told him clearly tat whatever i written in the forum is true (sharing my own experience) and i will not give a good review until i get wat u committed. He replied tat he will do the needful n request me to give a positive review after settlement of EMI conversion amount. I agreed for tat.
Next week I called him back, he told me tat he spoke to his boss prakash and they ll send cheque to my address. I waited for 10 days nothing came. I called Deepak, he said he s not responsible and asked me to contact prakash. I called him he said he met with an accident he s in a confused state now n request me to call me next day. I kno he s lying bcoz this s the third time he s telling me tat he met with an accident. not only prakash who calls himself GM of the concern, their executives often use this stupid lie.
Then i called him the next day morning n discussed with him abt y pending cheque. He said he ll go to office in half hour n call me. He din call me. I called him he din pick up. I called him the whole day.. i can here call waiting tones and user busy tones. But that cheating fraud din pick up. I got wild.. I sent him few msg also. But no response. I got wild n sent him a msg "if u have guts atten my call". FOr tat also he din repond. I tried him from morning 10 to night 12.. But tat stupid din pick up. This s wat they care for their customers..
Next morning, i called him from office land line he picked up. I asked him is tis ur commitment. He replied me (in tamil) tat "Unaku onnum panni thara mudiyadu unnala mudinjada pathuko.. ambalaya irunda atten panunu ketela.. onnum panni thara mudiyadu".. Which means he ll not do anything for me.. I asked him "guts irukanu " but he started creating a scene tat na "ambalayanu" ketutenu.. I replied him tat u cheaters will do like that only n u c wat i can do.. See ppl this s wat happening to all who paid flexideal..

They are all real estate people our words ll not do anything for them.. I saw many of them wrote about complaining to police n all. i appreciate it.. But the same time we should spread awareness about these frauds among our people.. They think tat we cant do anything.. But we can.. They don the power of email.. So all the victims pls inform ur friends abt these frauds.. U save ur own ppl from from such frauds.. DOn hesitate do it.. it s for ur own frens..

Hi my name is Raja rajan. I 'm working in Merrill Lynch Technogy services. Got the call yesterday from Ranjith saying the same as above..Gold coin, mayajal resort, Dvd player.etc.etc..i really suprised and ask one of the representative to meet me. Tat guy is forcing me to take this card and i went to google and saw the above comments.that time... the person came to meet me ..i showed the above comments to him first answer for this questions..He said.."Boss we are supporting 4000 customers one or two it may happen check other club complaints..and i saw. there is hell lot of complaints in other clubs."So i have some wat convienced with their speach.. and he showede some templates and photos..I can say that all are net images.. i asked him.. this is your voucher? he said yes..
He ask to book it now for Just 10, 000 ..he ll give all offers..I m not ready now i have to verify and i ll surelly book it.. he forced me like anything... Finally the person went..Before he leaves my company i got the club names and location.. he said.."BLUE BAY resort", Beach Park""Aqua Green" are the clubs..Full free for GYM, swimming pool for me and my (10 friends) who are all coming with me..
After that got the resorts phone no with just dial. No's

The Bastard cut the call ..and not picking stilll!!! Now i m beliving how the persons got mental torcher and everything!! THANKS to all the above who posted the comments!!!
