DDA Refund of 150000

I have recd. cheque of Rs.150000/-of DDA payable at Par in Ahmadabad. This cheque was deposited by me in my S.B.Account No.30714181120 with STATE BANK OF INDIA, on 4/5. Chis was cleared on next day. SBI debited Rs.192 /- as SPEED NOW CLG CHGS. though chque of Axis Ban was payable at PAR.Pl let me know whether SBI is right
