Wrong comittment

Dear Mam

Its regarding a wrong comittment which has been done by one of your

company member. What happened is I had a Call from your company employ

who told me that your company is going to issue me a credit card of

about 50, 00, 000 rs credit limit for which he has asked me to do

confirmation of Pin No., Credit card no.and name on P.C of my credit

card which I already have. After doing all that formalities a amount

of Rs.5509 has been deducted from my credit card. Also when I received

the confirmation call from your company then I came to know that the

above mentioned process was done for taking membership but not for the

credit card, then I talked to the seneior person there and he promised

me that the cheque of deductd amount will be received along with the

membership card and according to my choise I can keep one of them. But

when the membership card received there was no cheque. So my Fight is

For my money which has been deducted without any information and wrong

guidence. My membership No. is 54 11832 and Ref. No. is 927482.

Would request you to pls look into the matter deeply otherwise I have

no otherway out to go to the consumer court.
