Dear sir, I have send a courier containing impoartant document courier booked from ur kanjurmarg Dtdc branch for Ambala - 133001 . It have booked this courier on 15/7/10. It had not reach till 21/7/10. When check through ur website dtdc tracking of courier with filling my pod number. M54792865. It is showing deliverd at thane. I did not understand i called to the franchice person he is not responding. The customer care not responding. Pls tell what should be done.
