I had ordered a 3 package of Rs. 3498 (3 days 2 night stay, Philips DVD Player-DVP-3316, RBK Sunglasses) in the name Mr. Ankit Rathi on 7th and 9th-nov respectively. On 6th-dec I received the couriers which was including Philips DVD Player-DVP-3316, RBK Sunglasses of each order respectively but the formholiday package of 3 days 2 night stay was not there.

On inquiring I was asked to put the unique no. on (www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm). The website provided me with a Holiday voucher no. which I was asked to provide on (http://www.bigcity.in/indiatoday/holiday/) but the no. was not accepted by the website. I am also asked to pay Rs.800 in form of DD which was not disclosed at the time of sale.
