I have lost my pass book in my house.and sir i want new pass book or duplicate pass book so in this case i go went to bank but the survour of bank is busy for the last three days. I need Account statement of my account for some personal resone and its very urgent.

So sir plz. do needful its very urgent.

And sir also inform me that can i download statement through internet.
