SIR, i am santosh n ibooked a train ticket on online on 9th december PNR number 4247138809 and return ticket, on 10th december, PNR number 4659507352 the ticket was in waiting list so it was canclled the amount of 2916 for 3 member 2 side journey the amount still it has not been refunded to my account so pls credit the amount to my account
