I bought Nokia 5310 Xpress music on June 30 and after two month i found hanging problem in this set. I have sent it to customer care but nothing is resolved within 12 days.
Now I have re-send this to nokia customer care on March 09 and within 2 hours i receive a call from nokia customer care that is your set has been repaired. but i show them the problem then they ask me about purchase slip i dot it. Now they say that some probmlem in your battery then i ask to replace or repair. They are saying that you warranty has been expired.
And I think my handset's battery is ok, they don't want to repair my handset because they inforce me to renewal of warranty period.
This is my first experince about nokia product so I have decided that never bought any Nokia product for my house of office.
