Lost baggage

I have travelled from Kolkata to Aizawl by Kingfisher Airlines by Kingfisher Red flight No: IT 2813 on 31.03.2011. I Booked 2 bags at Kolkata aalong with me in the same flight. When I reached Aizawl Kinghfisher Airlines have not delivered my baggage instead they have told the baggage has not yet arrived and hence it will be delivered in 2 days.

I have my all importqnt documents in one baggage and in another bag some forzen items are there which are to be taken care if more than 3 hours delay as they are to be kiept in fridge or otherwise they will be spoiled.

In these circumusrtance I have tried my level best with the availalbe staff of kinghfisher airlines at aizawl but of no use. They are telling that we will see.

In view of the above position my complaint of lost baggage by Kingfisher airlines may kindly booked and see that my baggage is found back immediately.
