Scooter not seviecable

Dear sir,

i m owner of bajaj legand and bought it from swai madhopur -rajasthan on 31-12 1999 by goyal motors. and uptill now it was giving a satisfactory responce but now it's bcoming a hedache to me firstly it is not being servicable at all then secondly it is having ignition problem which is persistant since last 2 year. and being fed off from the poor ressponce of company outlets thus having a registered complaint here.
