Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Brajesh Kumar, is an owner of Pulsar 135 cc LS, purchased on 25th April bearing registration number DL4S BC-9118 and invoice number TIN:07850340135 from Gautam Bajaj Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. From the very next day of purchase, I have been facing gear problem. It sticks at third gear and does not go down to neutral properly. I spoke to my dealer but they are not taking it seriously and asked me to contact my nearest Bajaj service centre. The service centre guys told me that my gear changer control would be replaced and the whole process would take time for the delivery of the spare part. They told me to come on 4th May for the same.
Here I would like to know that why this problem has occurred in new bike? Is Bajaj's PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) poor. Whether my bike can be replaced or not? Because this thing has occurred in the new bike. I am also not sure that after fixing of the problem, my bike will work properly or not? This thing is changing consumer buying decision and will fetch bad name for Bajaj.
Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
