Non-Refund of cancelled ticket

I had booked a helicopter ticket from katra to sanjichat for June 3rd.(Ticket number: MVDH 98004)

Due to personal reasons, I had got the same cancelled on June 1st by email to [email protected] (as per the guideline set in site http://maavaishnodevi.org/)

However since then I have not heard back from them since then. I have made so many calls to their listed numbers but most of the times no one picks up. Even if someone picks up, they would hang up in 2-3 minutes.

Please help as I have a huge amount struck with these people
