REFUND RECEIPT NOT ISSUED

I was travelling from Lucknow to Ahmedabad via Delhi by Fly kingfisher (Kingfisher Red) on 15th January '10.When I inquire at Lucknow Airport at kingfisher counter they say that you will have to change the flight from Delhi. There was no announcement in the flight while flying from Lucknow to Delhi by Air hostes or staffmembers of the plane. So, after lending at Delhi Airport I came out of Arrival terminal and reentered by Departure terminal which took approximately 15-20 minutes including security check. The moment I reach at gate the Kinfisher Red staff (Lady) said now you can not board as flight doors are close. We argued with the staff and the staff took us to Manager kinfisher at Delhi Airport and she said either you stay here for the next day evening or I will issue the refund receipt which your agent will claim for refund. With this commitment I inquired at other Airlines to travel to Ahmedabad. The moment I booked my ticket from Spice Jet which is opposite to Kingfisher counter on Delhi Airport and went to Kingfisher Manager to issue refund receipt she turned her face and replied that Now we can not give you the refund receipt as it is your fault.
