Problems in newly purchased bike

I purchased passionpro bike on 18.03.2010.After running 95km I found that shock absorbers oil seal leakage and starting problem. I already informed same to my dealer

ARJUN ASSOCIATE KASARAGOD IN KERALA .I am unhappy about due to this problem, but dealers told that they will repaire it after running 500 kms of first service. Is there any solution for this issue from your side. Engine no HA10EDAGC08450 and frame no is MBLHA10ERAGC08175 .please needful done as early as possible
