Ticket Refund Not Issued

Flight Cancelled - Refund not yet received - For almost 2 months.

I booked 2 tickets (Chennai – Madurai) for 19 August from Paramount Airlines. The airlines have cancelled the flight at last minute with no alternate arrangement done, and notified by SMS.

Paramount customer care confirmed they would refund the airticket with in 7 days. But still I have not received my refund and no response from Airlines for phone calls.
