Dear Sir,

I had filled TDR on 20-10 against PNR No.4309830426.till date i have not recieved my refund amount of Rs.988.Kindly help me in getting the refund of Rs.988. I am following up with IRTC official Mumbai for the last five months till date there is no response from IRTC.
