I, Nandkishore Sharma had booked the Kingfisher Class Airline ticket for journey from Mumbai to Udaipur for Journey dated 1st November of which departure time was 11:20am for myself and my wife (Punam Sharma). I reached airport on time and was also issued boarding passes to me and my wife. Than we proceed further to respective Gate but their one of the staff employee informed us that the flight was late by 20 minutes and hence we were instructed to wait there itself. We waited for 20 minutes and when we went back to the appropriate gate to depart, we were informed that the flight has been already boarded without us.
I was going to udaipur on urgent basis as my uncle's dead body was arriving from muscutt to my village (near to udaipur) and being his nephew i was supposed to be present in his funeral but i could not make my presence because of wrong service provided by Kingfisher Class airline. That was a very precious occasion for me which i had to missed and now i want to take revenge in the form of making realize the kingfiser personnel of their wrong service. They should provide the right service to their passengers and should not misguide them. Though i was not in a position to afford flight tickets i could make it only for my uncles funeral. Airline has refunded me but after deducting certain amount which i want back as it was their fault and not ours. Also they should apologise for their misguide and wrong service provided. One more suggestions to all the airlines that they announce the name printed on the tickets but as tickets are generate from system the full name does not appear. Some alphabets gets cut while printed so its a humble requested to all the airlines to capture the full name so that at the time of announcement personnel can pronounce the full name and hence it will not lead to any misunderstanding.
