Baggage mishandled

To, customer grievance dept, Kingfisher red,

I, O P Rathi passenger of Kingfisher Flight No. IT 3344 on July 12 from Delhi to Guwahati with PNR number HQJUPH, Seat no.11F and baggage no. 0090IT462129 was troubled because of the mismanagement of my baggage by your airline. On doing that, I was neither informed of the mismanagement nor properly handled by your airline at the Guwahati airport responsibly. The baggage was delivered to me on nextday of my travelling. The Baggage contained some perishable goods (Fruits and Sweets) worth Rs. 4500 (approx.) which were totally damaged.

I am regular passenger to your esteemed airline and had always enjoyed the expeirence of your quality service but on being harrowed in this manner it seems airline name is at stake.

I request you to compensate for the loss incurred by me for which airline is responsible. There is no reason for me to bear the loss.
