Cancallation of trip ticked to USA

Dear

Sir,

I made booking with makemytrip on line through netbanking and made payment through netbanking icici bank to book my two trip ticket from Delhi to san Franciso USA on 19 April

and paid 107000 Rs through internet banking using icici bank. my account num ber 005801003448

As i am not in india at presend i am serving with United nation mission in Ivory Coast

i applied for usa visa for me and for my wife and could not get from this countery

So i decided to cancell my ticket with make my trip.com

i worte so may mail to customer care every time they give reference number and mail say you will get reply with 24 hrs. But i am not getting any reply about may cancellation of ticket
