No refund received for 3 weeks and still waiting

I booked a ticket for 2 persons from Tehran to Ahmedabad on 29-Dec for the travel date 30-Dec through ICICI netbanking. Due to fault in makemytrip website amount was deducted from my account but booking was not confirmed. I called call center and the agent said they can see the amount in the system but booking was not successful so do a fresh booking through credit card on phone and they'll call me back to confirm previous booking and I have to tell that this was the case and fresh booking was done and amount will be refunded to me within 2-3 days. I did same, did fresh booking for 31-Dec on same day (29-Dec). I got e-ticket which shown failed booking as well as successful booking and I traveled back to India using same. However till date I haven't received any refund. I tried to contact various persons whom I came across during booking but none of them even bothered to reply or guide me in right direction. I called call center several times and every time people kept me on hold and then finally transfer somewhere else where I need to explain everything again. Or sometime call just drops. I am very dissatisfied with makemytrip service and customer support due to this. Call center people ask to send full bank statement which doesn't make any sense. Why would one share transactions with them?

Then I talked with a call center executive called Adhiraj and he suggested me to send email to [email protected] with details. I sent transactions of several days to that email address. I got auto responder (as usual) saying I'll get response within 24 hours. As expected, no response in 48 hours. I called call center again and some other agent asked me to send full bank statement to [email protected]. I asked him if you guys check emails at all as none of the emails I sent to makemytrip are answered. Its like sending emails to black hole.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE.

I couldn't get email address of CEO. Wish the owners/managers of the company read these complains and try to improve service.
