I made a Rail booking PNR 6354089427, and Makemytrip BookingID NR251763594762, which was done on the 28th Feb for a travel date of 23rd March and had a wait list of 17, 18 and 19. I waited for some time and called Makemytrip a number of times on 18001038765 to inquire about the status, and all they asked me is wait. So i gave it time till the 11th March by that time it just moved up 15, 16, 17, since the date of travel was coming up and a person cannot travel on a waitlist E-ticket, i cancelled it on the 12th March by calling the same tollfree number. They stated that the money would get transfered in 7 working days (19th Mar), however till now they haven't made the transfer. I've many complaints ex ref no:- IN1103R0087510 – 17TH MAR IN1103RO114883 – 23RD MAR etc, but no one called or mailed me in this regards and to beat it all, they yesterday 22nd March sent me a Customer Survey form to ask me how satisfied i was, rubbish. The customer care number sucks as most agents hang up on customer. So the last two people i spoke with is Javed (wouldn't give me his last name or id) and Chandan Singh Adhikari (He's supposed to be the boss at the Gurgoan Office with ph no# 0124- 462 8765, and his e-mail id:- [email protected])
I need your help, like me i guess there are more people being treated the same. They need to follow a more better business practice to be able to gain more customers, however i just need my money back.
