SERVICING, SPARE PARTS AVAILABILITY

After accident on 26.5.10, I have given my Manza ABS to Sterling Motors Nasik on 27.5.10 after insurance claim registration. After everyday follow up with concerned supervisors at Sterling Motors- NASIK, they are able to inform me the date of delivery after repairs . today i.e after 16 DAYS they are informing me that spare parts are not available at Poona as well as at Banglore and whatever spares were available are not suitable for Manza -ABS model.

I really failed to understand, in this high technological era how such things are happening at TATA, for whom we have lot of respect. One has to find out what is wrong in the system .who is to be hold responsible for such delay. From last 15 days I am really helpless because of non availability of Manza. I am suffering physically as well as financially. Whether anybody will llok into it.
