I have tried booking booking cabs from Ghatkopar to Domestic Airport Mumbai more then 7 times... they have always refused giving reasons like cabs are not available. even when i booked 2 days in advance they give the same reason. it has been marked that Meru cabs are not wanting to travel such short distances. Stringent action has to be taken against them. Since then i always prefer our local Mumbai Taxis... Shame on Meru Cab... I complained on phone, email as well as on their site... but it was of no use!
