Mishandling Baggage and poor treatment

We were booked on the Mumbai-Chandigarh flight on 30th Dec. Which was cancelled. We rescheduled to go to Delhi by G8-337 leaving at 11:10

The ground staff at Mumbai under Mr Yezdi Bulsara were grossly inefficient, and we got our boarding passes at 11:45 and were assured that our baggage had been transferred "on the Ramp".

When we reached Delhi - the ground staff had no clue about our baggage - there were about 11 passengers who had not received their baggage. The Duty Officer was nowhere to be seen - and he turned up after 1 hr. And then too he was not able to get any update from Mumbai!

After 2.5 hrs of pestering - we finally got confirmation at 5:00 that 17 bags were being sent by Indigo flight 6C174 - finally around 5:30 they confirmed that our bags were identified and on the flight.

Since we could not go out of the departure building - we are still waiting to hear!!
