I travelled from Dubai to Delhi by AI 746 on 29th April. There were two check-in baggages, one of which was a 32" LCD TV. At the time of check in, the LCD TV was in good condition. However, on landing at IGI Delhi, the outer carton was damaged in a couple of places. One of the damaged portion of the carton was very deep upto the screen of the LCD TV but I did not think that the TV would have been damaged, hence I did not complain at that point of time. However, on checking at home, the LCD TV is not in working condition. The screen has been damaged and the cracks are visible once the TV is turned on. It is very unfortunate that I have to suffer due to negligience of the airline. It is very baffling to see such poor quality of service from your airline. Please take the necessary steps to compensate for the loss.

The baggage tag for the LCD TV is XH 958735

The make of the LCD TV is Sony Bravia EX300 32" LCD and it was purchased from Carrefour, Dubai on 28th April '09 for 1499 Dirhams.
