Non reciept of Baggage

Self was booked for AI 638 (Delhi-Amritsar) scheduled at 19:30 Hrs of 7th Nov 10. Due to reasons unknown I was not taken in the flight and shifted to flight AI116 scheduled at 4:45 Hrs of 8th Nov. 10. Check in was done at 3:00 Hrs. and I gave my luggage (tag no. 0098479611) However flight got abnormally delayed and I finally uploaded myself at 13:00 Hrs of 8th Nov 10. However I could not get my luggage back and accordingly submitted the written application on 8th Nov. 2010 to the baggage service of Air India at T2 terminal along with boarding pass (copy along with boarding pass and tag no. enclosed).

The description of the baggage is as follows:

1. Skybag medium size, black colour with external lock.

I had visited the office at T2 terminal on 9 th, 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th but no information was given and also called to the costumer care daily basis but unfortunately no one picking up the phone. Kindly look into the matter as my baggage contain important document.
