I had booked an air ticket from Coimbatore to New Delhi for 06 May. Due to impending air india strike i had to cancel the ticket on 04 May 11 from air india office, coimbatore. i also sent an email at the address given by them regarding the cancellation. i was assured the total amount of Rs 10450/- would be refunded to my account. As nothing happened i called up at the toll free number twice and was assured of the refund. However the amount has still not been refunded till date. kindly help me.
