Refund Not Received for Canceled Ticket

Hello Sir,

I had booked tiket for Singapore from Air Indai for journey date 07/05 and flight was cancelled on consequtive daya on 07/05 and 08/05 which forced me to book cancel the ticket and choose other options.

But till as on date refund for the same is not made and no satisfactory answer are given as ticket is booked online.

Plese Help...
