Mishandling of baggage

I had travelled from hyderabad from jodhpur on 9 aug my luggage was broken and damaged badly reported the matter to airport manager at jodhpur who gave me baggage damage report and asked me to handover this letter to hyderabad airport manager for repair or replacement of my suitcase i did so but behaviour of staff at hyderabad airport was rude and they told me that they will not accept the damage report on requesting they said they will first write to jodhpur and then will inform mr manager at jodhpur airport told me that this is an official letter and hyderabad office is obliged to replace the suitcase even after 13 days of complaint no one from air india has contacted me nor my suitcase has been replaced may i request the higher authorities to do the needful and ask your hyderabad staff to show some respect to customers and not to be rude i feel it is because of indifferent attitutde and high headedness of your staff that most of us are moving away fromotherwise an excellent airline hope someone will help me regards
