I booked air ticket in name of TC TAYUM, from my SBI Credit card in month of sep the journey scheduled was cancelled due to certain reasons. The cancellation of tickets were done immediately. On 28th Sep 2011 appox around 1430 hrs i called up to customer care, had words with the Mrs Pistila and again with Miss Silsila, i got a confirmation message from LM-YATRA on 28 Sep 2011. As per the Message by LM-YATRA and the customer care the amount was supposed to be credit back to my SBI CREDIT CARD within 5-6 working days which has not been refunded till now. Its approx 20 days passed, You are hereby requested to take the immediate action as early as possible with no more delay. otherwise i have to fwd the same case legally to higher and concerned authorities. The of particulars of the flights are as follows:-
