Efund of ticket fare

Dear Sir,

i have booked a ticket through www.akbartravelsonline.com of the airline.here are the details.

Ticket no-2870517051

PNR No-HCVVQT

i called Akbartravels customer care for cancellation, he told to cancelled from Airline (Kingfisher).

i called Kingfisher and they told that 750 would be deducted from your fare and other would be refunded to your travel agent.

now both of them are saying its non refundable.but no where in ticket its showing that its a non refunded ticket.
