Non receipt of product ordered

I had placed order for rebok sunglasses on 17.03.2010 and made payment through internet banking. I have not received the product till date. When contacted I was told that the product was despatched through Blue dart Courier & it was returned as they could not locate my address. Incidentally I had not received any phone call asking for my address. Later after I complained over phone & mail I was twice asked to give confirm my address with landmar and I confirmed my address over phone and also sent detailed address by mail on did that also 09.04.10. After a few days when I enquired about the status of my order, they again asked me to confirm my address. I was fed up and told them to stop asking to for confirmation of address and despatch the product immediately. I also sent a mail on 24.05.10 asking them to either despatch the product immediately within a week, or refund the amount paid. I received a regret message on the same day informing me to give some more time. But after that neither have I received the product nor any communication from them on this.
