Delay in delivery orf orde

Dear sir,

i booked a watch on 08-09. the billing id is 998664954. according to d details given the order should be dispatched within 3 weeks but its been more than 4 weeks and i still dont have any confirmation abt my order.

i mailed and even called to ur consumer assistance cell but the answers are neither satisfatory nor true.

plz inform me in how many dayz i will recieve my order... i am not happy at all with your services.
