Non receipt of item/refund

Sir/ Madam

My order no 998760948 was pending since 30/9. I recd an email from bagittoday on 22 oct that order is under process. However i have received no intimation regarding despatch of item, On contacting customer care i was told that item is not in stock and cant be sent. I fail to understand how an item which was sold to me on 30/9 and was on sale for a week after that suddenly become unavailable for me, This is fraud and unacceptable business practice. I would like a full refund to my credit card and also an explanation as to how this could happen. I contacted various customer care reps who made empty promises. I HAVE NEITHER GOT THE ITEM I PAID FOR 45 DAYS BACK NOR THE REFUND I WAS PROMISED.Strict action including penalty along with refund and de registration of this outfit should be considered. I have learnt from your site that there are many more complaints against them.
