On 11/5 I placed an order (No. 1017569365). This order was made after a few hours of the start of the sale. The required amount was paid through Debit Card. The sale continued for 2-3 days more after my order for the same articles. On 22/5 I inquired about the fate of the order. I was being told that the items became out of stock and I had to wait for a week.
On 26/5 I requested for refund. On 30/5 I got call from bagittoday that there was some problem with the refund and asked me for the replacement. I refused because they are be fooling the customers because:
1 They put up the things on sale which were not in stock.
2. They did not inform about the happenings at their end and I had to contact them for finding the progress. Further they do not have toll free number, and hence each call I made I paid for that.
3. They are unnecessarily delaying the refund process even though they know that they can not serve.
My advice to all is "THINK MANY TIMES BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDER WITH THE BAGITTODAY"
An immediate refund is what I demand.
