I have bought a pair of Bata chappels on 01-05 from the showroom near to Kundalahalli gate, Bangalore. I wore the chappal only once & the same day its pasting came out. I went to the showroom taking this defective piece and the way the Store Manager behaved to us was really shocking. He was literally shouting at us as if we have done some mistake. Since its been only 5 days after my purchase, he is not even ready to replace the defective piece of chappal. He is not giving any guarantee that the pasting will not go off even if its repaired.
I have been using the Bata products from my childhood, but now I wont trust in their quality because of my personal experince. Morever the behaviour of the Store Manager was shocking to me, if this is the way the manager is behaving to the customer, then I will never prefer anyone to go BATA showroom for purchasing.
Please advice whom should I contact for raising complaint against the Store Manager of Bata showroom.
